Rescheduling & Cancellation

Reschedules and cancellations must be done 24hrs prior to your appointment in order for your deposit to be reused and is applied to only ONE reschedule within the same month. After the 24 hours, your deposit will be lost and can only reschedule again with a new deposit.
No Call -No Shows

Any no call no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments.
State of Nails

I do not work on damaged nails, if you’re unsure of their condition feel free to send me a picture. New clients must come with bare nails; I do not offer foreign soak offs.
Service

Please do not rush me, give yourself time to get a service. Appointment times can always be adjusted that are convenient for the both of us. No extra guest.
